    and lets it linger in his mouth,^(A)

¹⁴ who delight in doing wrong
    and rejoice in the perverseness of evil,^(A)

¹⁷ They eat the bread of wickedness
    and drink the wine of violence.^(A)

²³ A fool finds pleasure in wicked schemes,^(A)
    but a person of understanding delights in wisdom.

³⁰ Whoever winks^(A) with their eye is plotting perversity;
    whoever purses their lips is bent on evil.
